Geneva Students compete at TAPPS 4A Speech and Academics State Meet

Geneva School of Boerne high school students competed in the TAPPS 4A State Speech and Academics Meet in Waco March 24-26 placing third overall—third in Speech and third in Academics. The following individual awards were also earned:

• 1^st place, Chemistry–senior Will Crews
• 1^st place, Literary Criticism–senior Rachel Troyer
• 2^nd place, Literary Criticism–freshman Lilly Jones
• 2^nd place, Prose–sophomore Catalina Lozada
• 3^rd place, Advanced Math–junior Brady Chandler
• 3^rd place overall, Science–senior Will Crews
• 4^th place, Calculator Applications–junior Samuel Crews
• 5^th place, Calculator Applications– junior Logan Reyes
• 5^th place, Spanish– junior Ava McPherson
• 6^th place, Poetry–senior Rachel Troyer
• 6^th place, Prose–senior Rachel Troyer
