What is the most influential book you have read besides the Bible? Why?
The book we read junior year called Silence was very influential to me. It was really meaningful and showed someone who did not reject God and stood strong in their faith, and it was very encouraging to me.
What is your favorite or funniest moment at Geneva?
The funniest moment at Geneva was probably when Court Hess and Robert Jons raced one day after baseball practice. That was pretty funny.
What will you miss most when you leave Geneva?
When I leave Geneva, I will miss the relationships I am able to have with the teachers the most. It’s something I am very grateful for, and probably won’t be able to get anywhere else.
Who influenced you most while at Geneva? How?
Mr. Odom influenced me the most at Geneva because he is both a great teacher, and he cares about me and what is going on in my life.
What does being a Geneva student mean to you?
Being a Geneva student means being able to publicly express my faith in Christ in a safe place and have teachers who help me in my walk with Christ.
How would you encourage a Geneva kindergartner to persevere in school?
I would encourage a Geneva kindergartner by telling them to have fun. Geneva is a special place, and it is academically challenging, but having fun is so important because it will change how you view challenges.
What about Geneva do you hope never changes?
One thing I hope never changes at Geneva is the size. I like the small number of students because I am able to know everyone at the school.
