Family: Husband of 55 years, Don and children David, Mary, Donna and Jonathan and 12 grandchildren. Ellen has three of her grandchildren attending Geneva – Jedidiah (Class of 2032), Liam (Class of 2033) and Eleanora (Class of 2035).
Why she is at Geneva: “Through prayer it became very evident that God wanted me at Geneva. To work in an environment where He is present is delightful beyond words!” Ellen joined the Geneva staff in 2004.

Interesting tidbit: “After my freshmen year at Baylor, I opened a Christian Bookstore and coffee house. After that year, I hired someone to manage it and I returned to Baylor to finish my degree.”

Why she is at Geneva: “The Lord has prepared me and called me to be a school nurse at GSB to help care for students’ physical, mental and spiritual health. Praying for and with students, parents and co-workers is one of the biggest blessings working here.”
Interesting tidbit:”I love to spend time with my family in CO. We hike, bike (Vail Pass Forever!) and explore in the summer and snow ski, tube and sled in the winter. I’m a lover of Chinese food, iced coffee and laying out on a beach. Quality time is my love language. I fight my battles on my knees. Stop by the nurses office to say hi!”
