What is the most influential book you have read besides the Bible? Why?
The most influential book I have read besides the Bible is Silence, because it made me realize that even in the darkest times, God is always there, even when he is silent.
What is your favorite or funniest moment at Geneva?
The funniest moment I remember is witnessing Quentin Hartman and Michael De Vries agonizing after eating a Carolina Reaper pepper.
What will you miss most when you leave Geneva?
When I leave for college, I will probably miss the unique closeness and camaraderie that the students have with the teachers.
Who has influenced you most while at Geneva, How?
During my time at Geneva, someone who influenced me the most was Mr. Naiser. His constant encouragement and strong faith helped me to excel in his classes, and because of his example my work ethic has improved.
What does being a Geneva student mean to you?
I believe that most Geneva students are marked by a strong faith and acute ability to defend that faith, as well as an enthusiasm for learning.
How would you encourage a Geneva kindergartner to persevere in school?
If I were to encourage a Kindergartener, I would tell them to have faith, believe in themselves and persevere through their challenges and it will pay off in the end.
What about Geneva do you hope never changes?
The one thing I hope never changes about Geneva is the sense of community and the bonds that the students have with the faculty and each other.
