The Geneva Fine Arts Department hosted its first Advent-Tour to spread Christmas joy to socially distanced small groups of parents on Saturday night. Logic and Rhetoric School fine arts students in art, band, choir, theater, guitar and orchestra shared their gifts of art and Christmas music with parents at different venues on the Geneva campus. The paths between the venues were lit with luminarias for parents to walk between while stopping for cookies and hot chocolate along the way.
“It was a festive and spectacular evening filled with truth, beauty and goodness. I am proud of each student, teacher and parent who helped make this Christmas event a reality during this time when things look a bit different. It was absolutely wonderful and heartwarming,” Fine Arts Director Gradi Evans said.
