Geneva School of Boerne juniors Reid Wilson, Logan Reyes and Samuel Crews were recently recognized for their leadership by Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries. The students initiated a Holiday Food Drive Campaign last November that recently concluded.
Their campaign assisted hundreds of area families with meals and raised more than $5,000 which contributed to the cost of a meal delivery truck for families spanning eight counties. The trio, who are computer science students at Geneva, are already brainstorming a service project for next school year.
